詳細（原因等）につきましては現在Booking.comへ調査を依頼中でございます。

（※）「フィッシングサイト」とは実在するウェブサイトで、アカウント・IDやパスワード、クレジットカード番号などの個人情報を入力させ騙し取るために設けられた偽のウェブサイトの事です

お客様へは多大なご迷惑とご心配をお掛け致します事、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

弊社から正当な理由なく、お客様へお支払いの催促や別サイトに誘導するメールを送信することはございませんので、疑わしいメッセージを受けた場合は決してアクセスやお支払い等をなさらないようご注意ください。

This time, it has been confirmed that a message directing to the phishing site (*) has been delivered to customers who have made reservations via Booking.com.

For details (causes, etc.), we are currently requesting an investigation from Booking.com.

A “phishing site” is a fake website set up to trick you into entering personal information such as account ID, password, credit card number, etc.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause.

We will not send you an email urging you to pay or directing you to another site without a valid reason, so please be careful not to access or pay if you receive a suspicious message.
